Shipping & Delivery Policy
At InstroDirect, we provide reliable shipping for industrial automation components to all states and territories within Australia. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
1. Shipping Costs
- Australia-Wide: Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
- Taxes: All prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax). No additional taxes are added at checkout.
2. Delivery Timeline
To provide transparency, we break our delivery times into two parts: Handling and Transit.
- Order Cutoff Time: 4:00 PM (AEST) – Monday to Friday.
- Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 7 Business Days.
- Note: Deliveries to remote areas in Western Australia, Northern Territory, or regional Tasmania may occasionally take longer due to carrier schedules.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (e.g., Australia Post, TNT, or StarTrack). Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Change of Address & Cancellations
- Change of Address: If you realized you entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot redirect it.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled; however, you may initiate a return once the item arrives.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care in packing sensitive electronic components.
- Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives with visible damage, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a priority replacement.
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 3 business days beyond the expected delivery date, please notify us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
6. International Shipping
Currently, InstroDirect does not ship outside of Australia. We do not offer delivery to New Zealand or other international destinations.
