Our History
InstroDirect was born out of the need for sourcing lower pricing while still guaranteeing factory-sealed equipment without dealing with the monopoly in Australia with one 1 vendor supplying parts.
For years, our engineers and technicians have worked hands-on with every major brand and part number in the market. We understood the frustration of long lead times, unreliable sourcing, and the challenge of finding genuine, in-spec components needed for both new projects and critical maintenance.
In 2025, we launched InstroDirect.com.au. Our goal was to leverage our established supplier relationships and technical knowledge to create a streamlined, efficient, and trustworthy online platform dedicated solely to direct product sales, allowing our service team to focus on integration while providing our customers with a reliable parts source.
