1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment methods at checkout:

- Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Bank Transfer: Available upon request for commercial orders. Please contact sales@instrodirect.com.au for a Proforma Invoice.
Note: All payments must be cleared in full before your order is dispatched.
2. Currency and Taxes
- All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stated. A tax invoice will be automatically emailed to you upon completion of your order.
3. Payment Security & Encryption
InstroDirect uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible.
- SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information, including passwords and credit card numbers, during your online transactions.
- We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal).
4. Billing Information
Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase. Transactions will appear on your bank or credit card statement as “InstroDirect”.
5. Failed Transactions
If your payment is declined, please verify that your billing address matches the information on file with your bank. If issues persist, we recommend contacting your financial institution or choosing an alternative payment method. Orders will only be processed once a “Successful” status is confirmed by our payment processor.
6. Disclaimer
InstroDirect is an independent provider of industrial automation components. We support parallel importing from global top-tier manufacturers. We are not an “authorized distributor” for all brands listed; however, all products are guaranteed genuine and are backed by our own 12-month warranty.
