Product details
The PowerFlex 527 VFD at 1.5kW (4A, SKU 25C-D4P0N114) is the only compact drive in Rockwell Automation’s range that is natively programmed within Studio 5000 Logix Designer. This eliminates the drive configuration layer entirely for Logix-based machine builders, reducing commissioning time, improving diagnostic integration, and enabling precise multi-drive coordination via CIP Motion.
Safe Torque Off (STO) to SIL 2 / PLe is standard hardware on the PowerFlex 527. Unlike software-based safety functions, hardware STO operates independently of the drive’s control electronics, providing the highest available safety integrity for personnel protection on conveyors, robots, and machines with accessible moving parts.
- 415V AC, 3-phase; 1.5kW / 4A output
- CIP Motion: coordinated multi-axis speed control from Logix
- Dual-port EtherNet/IP — linear daisy-chain without switches
- Drive parameters compiled and validated within Studio 5000
- Compact form factor — same footprint as PF523 and PF525
- SKU: 25C-D4P0N114
At 1.5kW, the PowerFlex 527 controls small conveyor sections, feed rollers, and index drives on multi-axis packaging, assembly, and materials handling machines built on Allen-Bradley CompactLogix or ControlLogix. CIP Motion coordination within Studio 5000 enables precise speed synchronisation between multiple 527 axes without external synchronisation hardware or complex inter-drive communications.
InstroDirect offers the Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 527 at parallel-import pricing, giving Australian machine builders access to genuine Rockwell Automation CIP Motion drives at competitive costs. Request a quote or call our technical sales team.
