The Allen-Bradley 1734-EXT3 (catalogue 1734-EXT3) is a 3-metre rack extension cable for the Point I/O platform, allowing a station’s backplane to span up to 3 metres between mounting locations. Used in large panel builds where modules must be physically separated while remaining on the same logical I/O station. Works with all 1734 adapters and I/O modules without additional configuration.
