Altivar VSDs — ATV320 to ATV930
Machine drives (ATV320, ATV340)
For conveyor, pump, compressor, and machine-level duty up to 15 kW, the ATV320 (up to 15 kW, IP20) and ATV340 (up to 75 kW, higher duty) are the workhorses. Both support EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFINET, and CANopen, with optional safety I/O (STO, SS1) integrated on the drive.
Process drives (ATV630, ATV930)
Built for water, wastewater, HVAC, and industrial process duty, the ATV630 (up to 160 kW, IP21/IP55) and ATV930 (up to 1.5 MW) offer process-specific function blocks (sleep/wake, multi-pump, cavitation detection) and IEC 61800-5-1 safety functions.
Modicon PLCs — M340 and M580
The M340 is the mid-range modular PLC; the M580 ePAC is the upper-tier controller for safety-critical and high-availability applications. Both program in EcoStruxure Control Expert (formerly Unity Pro), both support EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP natively, and both run the Schneider X80 I/O modules shared across the platform.
Magelis HMI and PC-based iPC stations
Magelis covers small panel-mount terminals (STO, STU), mid-range colour touch panels (GXU), and industrial PC stations (iPC, iDisplay). Programmed in Vijeo Designer or EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert.
TeSys and Preventa — motor control and safety
TeSys D, F, K, and T contactors cover 6A through 2100A motor switching, with LRD thermal and LRE electronic overloads. Preventa adds safety-rated controllers (XPS series), trapped-key interlocks (XCSR), and Harmony-series e-stops into the same panel architecture.
